# How a Remodel Works, Step by Step

> A step-by-step look at how a bathroom, kitchen or handyman project moves from first call to final walkthrough with All-Star Renovations in Central Arkansas.

Knowing what happens at each stage makes a remodel far less stressful. Here is how a typical project with All-Star Renovations moves from idea to finished space.

**1. Reach out**

**2. Free in-home quote**

We visit, measure, look at plumbing and walls, and talk through your goals, style and budget. This is the best time to ask questions.

**3. Design and selections**

You choose the layout, finishes, colors and accessories. For showers this includes wall panel patterns, doors, shelves and safety features.

**4. Written proposal**

You receive a clear scope of work. Review what is included, what is optional and the expected schedule before you sign.

**5. Scheduling and ordering**

Materials are ordered and an install date is set. Any permits the job needs are handled before work starts.

**6. Installation**

Our own crew does the work. Many shower replacements and tub-to-shower conversions are finished in 1-2 days.\*

**7. Final walkthrough**

We review the work with you, show you how to care for it and make sure you are happy before we leave.
